📌Concept & Planning

ChatGPT

Goal: Define what your video is about and who it's for.

  • Choose a niche or theme (film, history, fantasy, ads, education)
  • Define your audience (TikTok, clients, YouTube watchers)
  • Decide the format (short-form, long-form, cinematic)
  • Write a basic story outline or scene structure
  • Have the finished video idea roughly thought out in your head
02

✍️Scriptwriting & Voice Planning

ChatGPT

Goal: Write the actual video script and decide on narration or dialogue.

  • Break the story into scenes or clips (duration, POV, action)
  • Write voiceover or character lines
  • Format timing (e.g., 6 × 5-second clips = 30s video)
  • Ask ChatGPT to prepare camera angles, lighting, scenes
  • Brainstorm the vibe (dark, funny, romantic, etc.)
  • Ask ChatGPT to refine any lacking areas
03

🎨Image Creation

ChatGPT · Midjourney · Seedream 4.5 · Nanobanana Pro

Goal: Generate detailed image prompts and produce your shots.

  • Ask ChatGPT to write detailed prompts per scene (angle, lighting, emotion)
  • Decide on POV (first-person or cinematic third-person)
  • Lock visual consistency: hands, outfits, backgrounds, characters
  • Use Omni-reference and character reference for continuity
  • Run prompts through Midjourney — or have ChatGPT generate directly
04

📤Image Editing & Storyboarding

Canva

Goal: Polish your generated images so each frame matches your vision.

  • Remove unwanted objects from generated images
  • Add new objects, props, or background elements
  • Add logos and branding
  • Tune lighting, brightness, and tone with Canva 'Adjust'
  • Lay frames out as a storyboard before animating
05

🔍Upscaling

Gigapixel 8 · Midjourney Upscale · Bigjpg · Nanobanana Pro

Goal: Push every frame to maximum quality before animation.

  • Make sure the base image is clean, well-lit, and ready
  • Pick the best version of your AI-generated image
  • Avoid blurry, overly compressed, or poorly lit shots
  • Crop or clean slightly if needed
06

🎥AI Video Generation

Kling · Veo 3 · Higgsfield

Goal: Bring images to life with motion and camera effects.

  • Animate images using Kling, Higgsfield, or Google Veo 3
  • Add camera moves: dolly, zoom, tilt, pan
  • Match visuals to your script timing
  • Use subtle motion and muted colours in each Kling prompt
07

🔊Voiceover & Sound Effects

ElevenLabs · Pixabay

Goal: Layer voice and audio so the video feels alive.

  • Generate voices in ElevenLabs
  • Match lines to visuals or use lip-sync AI tools
  • Adjust pacing and delivery to fit visuals
  • Generate unique sound effects in ElevenLabs
  • Pull free music and SFX from Pixabay (wind, fire, crowd, etc.)
08

🎬Final Edit

CapCut

Goal: Cut everything together and direct it like a pro.

  • Combine video clips, sound effects, and dialogue in CapCut
  • Apply transitions, pacing, and music
  • Add CapCut effects
  • Shorten or lengthen scenes for rhythm
  • Export in your platform's native aspect ratio
