1. Hour 1 · 9:00 – 10:00

   Set up your AI toolkit

   By the end of this hour, you have three free tools running and you know what each one does.

   Do this

   • 1.Sign up for ChatGPT (free). Ask it one question about your business to prove it works.
   • 2.Open Canva (free). Click 'Magic Media' and make one image — anything.
   • 3.Pick ONE more: ElevenLabs (voice) or CapCut (video). Don't overthink it.

   Say it like this

   "You now have a writer, a designer, and a video editor on your team. And they work for free."

2. Hour 2 · 10:00 – 11:00

   Clarify what you actually sell

   You have one sentence that explains your offer so clearly a stranger gets it in 10 seconds.

   Do this

   • 1.Ask ChatGPT: 'I help [who] do [what] so they can [result]. Rewrite this in one simple sentence.'
   • 2.Pick ONE thing to sell today: a service, a product, or an affiliate offer. Just one.
   • 3.Write your offer on a sticky note. Put it on your monitor. This is your north star.

   Say it like this

   "You don't need 10 offers. You need one offer that 10 people want."

3. Hour 3 · 11:00 – 12:00

   Build your simple presence

   You have a one-page home for your business that looks professional and takes payments.

   Do this

   • 1.Sign up for Stan Store or Carrd (both free to start).
   • 2.Use ChatGPT to write your headline, a 2-sentence bio, and a call-to-action button.
   • 3.Add your offer, a photo (AI-generated or your own), and a way to get paid or book a call.

   Say it like this

   "This is not a website. This is a digital business card that takes money."

4. Hour 4 · 12:00 – 1:00 (working lunch)

   Create your content engine

   You have 10 post ideas and 3 pieces of content ready to go.

   Do this

   • 1.Ask ChatGPT: 'Give me 10 social media post ideas for a [your niche] business.' Copy the best 5 into a doc.
   • 2.Pick one idea. Write the caption in ChatGPT. Make the image in Canva.
   • 3.Do it again. Do it a third time. You now have 3 posts in the bank.

   Say it like this

   "One good post is better than ten perfect ideas in your head."

5. Hour 5 · 1:00 – 2:00

   Make your first AI video

   You have a 15–30 second video that explains what you do — no camera required.

   Do this

   • 1.Ask ChatGPT for a 20-second script: 'Write a short, friendly video script that explains what I do.'
   • 2.Open CapCut or your video tool. Use stock footage, text-on-screen, or an AI avatar.
   • 3.Add captions, pick a trending sound, and export. Done is better than perfect.

   Say it like this

   "The video doesn't need to be cinematic. It needs to be posted."

6. Hour 6 · 2:00 – 3:00

   Automate the boring stuff

   You have two tasks that used to eat your time, now handled by AI in under 5 minutes.

   Do this

   • 1.List 3 tasks you hate: emails, captions, invoicing, scheduling, replying to DMs.
   • 2.Pick the one that happens most often. Ask ChatGPT: 'Write a template for [that task].'
   • 3.Save the template. Use it every time. You just bought back an hour a week.

   Say it like this

   "AI doesn't replace you. It replaces the parts of your job that make you want to quit."

7. Hour 7 · 3:00 – 4:00

   Post and plan your first week

   You publish your first piece of content today and know exactly what to do all week.

   Do this

   • 1.Post your best piece of content to Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn right now.
   • 2.Write a simple 7-day schedule: 1 post per day, alternating between image and video.
   • 3.Set one small goal: 5 new followers, 1 DM, or 1 email signup. Track it.
