  1. Hour 1

    9:00 – 10:00

    Install TryStyle and do your body scan

    By the end of this hour, the app is on your phone and your model is saved.

    • 1.Download TryStyle Fashion from the App Store or Google Play (or open trystyle.fashion).
    • 2.Stand in good light, follow the on-screen scan. Save it.
    • 3.Try on ONE outfit so you see the magic. Screenshot it.

  2. Hour 2

    10:00 – 11:00

    Pick your niche and write your one-liner

    You have one sentence that tells boutiques exactly what you do.

    • 1.Pick ONE niche: swimwear, boutique womenswear, activewear, wedding, or streetwear.
    • 2.Write: 'I help [niche] brands cut returns with a virtual try-on — done for you in a week.'
    • 3.Save it in the notes app. It goes in every DM you send today.

  3. Hour 3

    11:00 – 12:00

    Make your first 5 try-on photos

    You have a tiny portfolio you can DM to anyone.

    • 1.Find 5 products from real brands in your niche (screenshot them from IG).
    • 2.Run each one through TryStyle.
    • 3.Save the 5 try-ons + the 5 original product shots in one folder.

  4. Hour 4

    12:00 – 1:00

    Cut one short try-on reel

    You have a 10-second video showing the try-on reveal.

    • 1.Open CapCut (free). Drop in: product photo (2s) → try-on (3s) → 3 angle cuts (5s).
    • 2.Add a trending sound. Add caption: 'But what does it look like on ME?'
    • 3.Export 9:16. Save to your phone.

  5. Hour 5

    1:00 – 2:00

    Build a tiny 1-page portfolio

    You have a link to send.

    • 1.Sign up for Carrd or Stan Store (free).
    • 2.Headline: your one-liner. Add the 5 try-on photos and the reel.
    • 3.Add a 'Book a free try-on demo' button — link to your DMs or Calendly.

  6. Hour 6

    2:00 – 3:00

    Build your boutique hit-list

    You have 20 real brands to message.

    • 1.Search IG hashtags: #shopsmallboutique, #swimwearbrand, etc.
    • 2.Drop 20 brand handles into a spreadsheet with: name, link, one product you'll try-on.
    • 3.Run a try-on for each handle's top product (this takes minutes in TryStyle).

  7. Hour 7

    3:00 – 4:00

    Send 20 DMs with your free try-on

    You have 20 conversations started.

    • 1.DM each brand the try-on photo of THEIR product with one line: 'Made this for you in 5 minutes. Want 10 more free?'
    • 2.No pitch. No deck. No price. Just the photo.
    • 3.Track replies in your spreadsheet. Reply within 5 minutes when they hit you back.

Tomorrow morning
